1. The object of the contract is to perform repairs at the 5th maintenance level, while maintaining the essential operating parameters (maintenance replacement) and to review at the 3rd level of maintenance of 59 passenger wagons.

2. The item of the order is divided into 2 parts.

3. The procurement procedure is carried out in an unlimited tender procedure under the Law of 11 September 2019 — Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws 2019, item 2019 as amended), hereinafter referred to as the “Pzp Act” or “Pzp”.

4. This order is a sector order.

1. Implementation of repair at the 5th maintenance level with the essential operating parameters and revision at the 3rd maintenance level of 24 type 152A passenger wagons.

2. The Contracting Authority shall require repairs to be carried out in accordance with the essential operating parameters of all wagons covered by the contract, not later than 60 months from the date of award of the contract, and the performance of the review at the 3rd maintenance level after 18 months of operation after to perform repairs while maintaining the essential operating parameters of the maintenance of each of the wagons.

3. The Contracting Authority shall require repairs with the essential parameters of one wagon (wagon stop time) within a period of not more than 70 calendar days.

4. The Contracting Authority requires repairs to be carried out with the essential parameters of the first wagon (wagon stop time) within a period of not more than 250 calendar days.

5. The review of each wagon will take place within a period of not more than 14 calendar days (wagon stop time).

The Contracting Authority shall require repairs to comply with the essential operating parameters of all wagons covered by the contract, not later than 60 months from the date of award of the contract, and to carry out a review at 3 levels of maintenance after 18 months of operation from the performance of the repair, maintaining the essential operating parameters of the maintenance of each of the wagons.

3. The Contracting Authority shall require repairs with the essential parameters of one wagon (wagon stop time) within a period of not more than 70 calendar days.
