The Technical Services of the City of Kotka (client) requests a quote for ventilation filters for the needs of the City of Kotka's properties in accordance with the invitation to tender and its appendices.

The contract shall be awarded to one of the most economically advantageous contractors (supplier, tenderer).

The contract period is one (1) year, in addition to which the acquisition includes one three (3) year seasonal option.

The filters to be procured are normal coarse and fine ventilation filters for ventilation (ePM1-ePM10) as well as other special filters such as HEPA, activated carbon, etc. special filters. The purpose of the tendering procedure is to obtain filters that are economically advantageous for the contracting entity.

The properties managed by the City of Kotka include public administrative and office premises, day-care centres, schools, health care facilities, cultural, sports and youth services facilities, and social services. The number of properties may change during the contract period.

Products must fulfil the provisions adopted by the European Union's directly-obliging acts, Finnish laws and regulations, as well as by the authorities, including structure, equipment, occupational and fire safety and electrical safety.

The customer does not commit to specific procurement quantities or value in euros during the contract period.

All products offered must be new.
