The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nature protection, logging and harvesting, tourist forest management, maintenance of forest roads, meadow and agricultural management, trees, to be carried out in the Starogard Forest District in 2023. The material scope of the contract includes the total number of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, nature protection, harvesting and skidding of tourist wood, forest management, forest maintenance, meadow and agricultural management, trees resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.
