1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the delivery: "Purchase of electricity in 2020-2021 for the needs of the Libiąż commune"
2. The order was divided into two parts:
1) Part I - Purchase of electricity for the lighting of streets, squares, roads and municipal utilities. The contract includes the sale of electricity to 76 electricity consumption points. The estimated amount of energy supplied during the contract period is 3 693 420 kWh. A detailed description of the order for Part I is set out in Annex 7.1 to the ToR.
2) Part II - Purchase of electricity for the needs of supplying the Municipal Office building, monitoring points and Internet access. The contract includes the sale of electricity to 7 electricity consumption points. The estimated amount of energy supplied during the contract period is 138 764 kWh. A detailed description of the order for Part II is set out in Annex 7.2 to the ToR.
The contract includes the sale of electricity to 76 electricity consumption points. The estimated amount of energy supplied during the contract period is 3 693 420 kWh, i.e. the tariff and the anticipated amount of electricity supplied in kWh: C11 round the clock 65 100 kWh, C12B daytime 1 195 680 kWh, nighttime 2 432 640 kWh. A detailed description of the order for Part I is set out in Annex 7.1 to the ToR.
1. The Contractor sells and the Ordering Party buys electricity to the Energy Consumption Points listed in the detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract.
2. The Contractor shall not be entitled to compensation in the event of purchasing less than the forecasted amount of electricity.
3. The contracted capacity, the conditions for its change and the place of electricity supply for the consumption points listed in the annexes are each time specified in the contracts for the provision of distribution services concluded with the Distribution System Operator, ie TAURON Dystrybucja SA
4. Electricity purchased under this contract will be used for the needs of the Employer.
5. The current seller of electricity for Part I is TAURON Sprzedaż Sp. z o. o., ul. Łagiewnicka 60, 30-417 Kraków, for Part II is ENERGIA POLSKA Sp. z o. o., ul. Kasztanowa 5, 53-125 Wrocław.
6. The data necessary to perform the procedure of changing the seller will be forwarded to the contractor selected in the procedure in written and electronic form (excel sheet).

Tariff and estimated amount of electricity supplied in kWh: C11 round the clock 138 764 kWh. A detailed description of the order for Part II is set out in Annex 7.2 to the ToR.
