The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity by the Ordering Parties and their organizational units with a total estimated volume of 28 741.881 MWh (+/- 10%) in the delivery period, i.e. from 01.09.2023 to 31.12.2024, excluding the group of Contracting Entities for which sales start from 01.01.2024. Detailed information about the date of commencement of sales is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ

The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity by the Ordering Parties and their organizational units with a total estimated volume of 28 741.881 MWh (+/- 10%) in the delivery period, i.e. from 01.09.2023 to 31.12.2024, excluding the group of Contracting Entities for which sales start from 01.01.2024. Detailed information about the date of commencement of sales is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. Energy will be sold up to 1564 energy consumption points, for which 194 contracts will be concluded separately by the organizational units of the Contracting Entities.

The contracting authority prepared the tender procedure in such a way that the sale price of electricity will depend on the price of energy listed on the Polish Power Exchange.
