This consultation concerns a project management mission for:

The construction of about 21 housing units in rental-social accession (PSLA) on a plot located chemin des 4 routes in DURTOL (63100)

As part of this operation, the designated project manager will be entrusted with the following mission elements:

- ESQ: sketch studies

- APS: Preliminary draft summary

- APD: Final draft

- PRO: project studies

- ACT: assistance to the client for the awarding of works contracts

- EXE: execution studies

- DET: direction of execution of the works contract

- AOR: assistance to the client during reception operations and during the period of surrogacy

- opc: scheduling, steering and coordination
