Detailed requirements concerning the subject matter of the contract are included in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), which is attached as Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference. Other obligations of the Contractor resulting from the performance of the contract are specified in the "Draft Provisions of the Agreement" (PPU), constituting Appendix No. 3 and Appendix No. 3A to the Terms of Reference.

In a situation where the Contracting Authority indicates trademarks, patents or origin in the documentation of the procedure, the Contracting Authority allows for the use of equivalent solutions.
