The subject of the order “Cleansing of the city of Chełmża in 2022-2024" includes the clearing of streets, squares, sidewalks and other areas located within the city of Chełmża, as well as the delivery and emptying of street baskets.

The subject of the order “Cleansing of the city of Chełmża in 2022-2024" includes the clearing of streets, squares, sidewalks and other areas located within the city of Chełmża, as well as the delivery and emptying of street baskets.

Activities related to the cleansing of the city include, in particular:

I) cleaning, sweeping streets, squares, sidewalks, bike paths and other areas:

- including the disposal of all kinds of waste, contaminants, dirt and sludge arising from current use,

- cleansing of branches, mud, sand, debris, leaves, weeds, excrement and animal carcasses, butts, glass, papers, plastic packaging and other hazardous traffic and pedestrian safety from the areas entrusted for maintenance,

- disposal of animal carcasses in accordance with applicable law,

II) supply, setting and systematic draining of street baskets:

- including additional draining of costs in the event of an overflow situation of street baskets after an hour of their emptying,

- painting and repair or replacement of baskets in case of theft or destruction,

- disposal of waste in accordance with applicable law.

III) mowing grounds.

The Contracting Authority recommends that the Contractors shall, before submitting tenders, make their own right and at their own risk, visual inspection and vision of the local places where the subject of the contract will be carried out and read the terms of performance of the order. In order to properly draw up the tender, the Contractor should carry out a detailed local vision in order to obtain all necessary information as to the risks, difficulties and any other circumstances that may occur during the execution of the contract. The costs of local vision are borne by the Contractor.

The Contractor shall be solely responsible for examining with due care the subject matter of the contract and for obtaining information in respect of any and any conditions and obligations which may in any way affect the value or nature of the offer or the provision of services.

It is considered that the submission of tenders means that the Contractors have become acquainted with all relevant laws and other legal provisions in force within the Republic of Poland which may in any way affect or relate to the activities and activities covered by the offer and the resulting contract in the on public procurement.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the requirements of the contracting authority for implementation shall specify:

- Annex 8 to SWZ: draft contract/relevant contract provisions

- Annex 7 to SWZ: description of the object of the order

- Annex 9 to SWZ: scope of work

All requirements set out in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfilment is obligatory. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 (1) (5) of the Law Pzp.
