The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued pursuant to them.
Order – purchase of electricity for facilities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 is 10 591 201 kWh.
The subject of this order is the purchase of electricity for the facilities indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law, Civil Code and implementing regulations issued pursuant to them.
The Skarżysko-Kamienna Commune and the Members of the Purchasing Group as well as their units listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ will conclude separate agreements resulting from this public procurement procedure in the open tender procedure for the PURCHASE OF ELECTRICITY FOR THE NEEDS OF THE SKARŻYSKO-KAMIENNA COMMUNE PURCHASING GROUP. Detailed information on the conclusion of contracts by individual Partners of the Purchasing Group and their organizational units is included in Appendix 1 to SWZ. The selected Contractor shall be obliged to represent the Contracting Authority and its organisational units before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the notification of a change of seller. To perform the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney (Annex 4.1 to the SWZ)

Order — purchase of electricity for the facilities listed in Annex 1 to SWZ:
1) The estimated electricity demand in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 is 10 591 201 kWh.
2) The estimated value of the contract in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 is PLN 8,367,048.79.
3) Performing activities resulting from the power of attorney constituting Annex 1 to the Draft provisions of the contract (Annex 4.1 to the SWZ), in particular the Contracting Authority obliges the Contractor to notify the indicated Distribution System Operator to perform the electricity sale agreement concluded with the Contractor, submit declarations of will and determine on behalf of the Ordering Party all necessary information regarding the termination of the existing energy sales agreement electricity and provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreement), representing the Ordering Party before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of the distribution services agreement.
The Ordering Party informs that the process of changing the seller takes place once again. Detailed information on the terms of validity of current contracts for the sale of electricity is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ. In Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, the current electricity seller is indicated. Contracts for the distribution of electricity are concluded for an indefinite period. Detailed information is contained in Annex 1 to SWZ.
