1) the implementation of the construction project, the executive and the object of works for the task of the following: “Development of the project documentation for the execution of construction works involving the reconstruction of the gas network in Gdańsk, Reymonta Street, Makuszyński in the framework of the modernization task, SG/00079123.”

Based on the conditions set out in Annex 2 to the Agreement.

2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the benefit of

The Contracting Authority, from the competent authority, the final decision on the building permit;

3) execution of the investor's cost estimate;

4) exercising author's supervision.
