The Contracting Authority intends to contract a tenderer who can supply a student information system tailored to the Contracting Service and future-proof in the form of a SAAS service (or similar in design). Contracting authority wishes to contract a Tenderer that provides for:

- delivery of a student information system,

- implementation, data migration (including all relevant (historical) registration and study progress data) and delivery of the student information system,

- training and education for users of the student information system,

- management, support and maintenance of the student information system and all offered links and possibly customization.
