The contract comprises the outsourcing of the book fund of the contracting authority. The contractor thereby takes care of the individual learning resources provision and associated services to the students of the contracting authority (see descriptive document).

This tender for teaching aids is only aimed at the 4 VMBO schools of Helicon Opleidingen in Den Bosch, Eindhoven, Kesteren and Nijmegen. As of December 2018, 1 917 students will follow this course.
