The purpose of the contract is the provision of a technical assistance service to the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Affairs, for the performance of the administrative verification process, the carrying out of on-site verification visits and the risk assessment, corresponding to all operations co-financed within the framework of the ESF+ Operational Programme of the Community of Madrid 2021-2027, as well as advisory and support tasks related to the management of operations co-financed by European funds.

In accordance with the above, the purpose of this Tender Document is to define the minimum technical requirements of the services that the successful bidder must make available to the Ministry, through those responsible for control and verification of the European Social Fund Plus for the period 2021-2027 (ESF+) of the Ministry, for the verification and support for the management of operations co-financed by the ESF+ Operational Programme of the Community of Madrid.

The powers conferred on the contractor shall not be confused with or constitute an obstacle to the powers of financial control which, in matters of public funds, are attributed to the General Comptroller of the Community of Madrid.
