Provision of collection, transport and disposal of medical waste for the Provincial Hospital of St. Luke SP ZOZ in Tarnów

The subject of the contract is the systematic collection, transport and disposal of medical waste in

amounts up to 263.43 Mg per year broken down into:

- 18 01 01 to 0.1 Mg [ Surgical and procedural instruments and their residues ( except 18 01 03 )],

- 18 01 02* up to 2,0 Mg [ Body parts and organs and blood containers and preservatives used for blood

storage ( excluding 18 01 03 ) ],

- 18 01 03* up to 260,0 Mg [ Other wastes which contain live pathogenic micro-organisms or their toxins

and other forms capable of transferring genetic material known or existing in accordance with

credible grounds for believing that they cause disease in humans and animals (e.g. infected diapers,

sanitary towels, pads), with the exception of 18 01 80 and 18 01 82 ],

- 18 01 04 to 8,0 Mg [ wastes other than those mentioned in 18 01 03 (e.g. cloth or plaster dressings, bed linen,

disposable clothes, diapers )],

- 18 01 06* up to 4,0 Mg[ Chemicals, including chemical reagents containing hazardous substances ],

- 18 01 07 to 0,2 Mg [Chemicals, including chemical reagents, other than those mentioned in 18 01 06 ]

- 18 01 08* to 0.03 Mg [ Cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs ]

- 18 01 09 to 0.05 Mg [ Medicines other than those mentioned in 18 01 08 ]
