The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide extensive maintenance of elevators and freight elevators, maintenance of technical equipment for PMR elevators, freight elevators, platform lift and platform elevator as well than non-maintenance work, on behalf of the group of orders from the Beauvaisis Agglomeration Community, the city of Beauvais and the Communal Social Action Center as follows:

- maintenance,

- non-maintenance work.

The framework agreement is established according to a tender procedure opened in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 and following L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 of the public procurement code . The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders in application of articles R. 2162-2 et seq. Of the public procurement code. Place of performance: the city of Beauvais, the municipal center for social action, the Beauvaisis agglomeration.
