1. The subject of the contract is the supply of various foodstuffs and bakery products and pastry products.

Task No. 1 – delivery of various food products;

Task No. 2 – delivery of bakery and pastry products.

1.1. The assortment-quantity-price specification is specified precisely in Annexes No. 2/1 and No. 2/2 to the SWZ, which the Contractor is obliged to fill in and attach to the offer.

1.2. Pursuant to the requirement specified in Article 246(2) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority, using the criterion of a price with a weight exceeding 60%, specified in the description of the subject of the contract (Annexes No. 2/1 and No. 2/2 to the SWZ) quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the contract.
