The subject of the contract is the supply of disposable endoscopic materials and equipment.

The Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of submitting partial bids for individual tasks in accordance with Annex. No. 2 to SWZ constituting an assortment and price form. The Contracting Authority allows submission of partial bids for the following tasks:

Task No. 1 - Endoscopic equipment;

Task No. 2 - Endoscopic equipment;

Task No. 3 – Endoscopic equipment;

Task 4 – Tissue glue

Task No. 5 - Overtube;
