The subject of this public contract are: services related to the winter maintenance of municipal and internal roads in the Municipality of Bystrzyca Kłodzka in the winter season 2022 - 2023.

The subject of the contract is a service consisting of:

- removing slush from the surface of roads that accumulates during rainfall, as well as slush, so that the possibility of passage and passage on the roads is ensured;

- sprinkling of surfaces in case of ice or slipperiness on municipal roads in the following places: on curves, bends, intersections, steep climbs;

- keeping the equipment and personnel necessary to carry out the tasks related to winter road maintenance fully ready;

- on ramps and slopes of the roadway above 4%, natural or artificial aggregate with a grain size of 8 mm should be used;

- on all days of the week regardless of the time of day, if necessary depending on weather conditions, on the roads – mechanically. The roads will be kept "white";

- cleaning up the scrubbing materials accumulated at the curbs/ edges of the roadway and on the roadway during the winter action until May 15, 2023.
