The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to sets of energy consumption points belonging to n/w Uczeni - point II. 2.4) announcements.
1.The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to sets of energy consumption points belonging to:

2. The estimated amount of electricity ordered in the delivery period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025 is approx. 79 351.213 MWh in 2024, approx. 79 522.010 MWh in 2025, of which: consumption lower (during the execution of the contract) than the total expected electricity consumption during the term of the contract will not result in additional fees, except for the settlement for the actual amount of energy consumed according to the prices specified by the Contractor in the offer submitted in the proceedings. The contracting authority plans to use at least 50% of the above-mentioned specific demand.
3. The electricity distribution service will be provided on the basis of a separate contract concluded with the Distribution System Operator responsible for the relevant energy intake point:
- Tauron Distribution S.A., Podgórska Street 25A, 31-035 Krakow
- ENEA Operator Sp. z o.o., 58 Strzeszyńska Street, 60-479 Poznan
- Energa Operator S.A., 130 Naval Polskiej Street, 80-557 Gdańsk
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Appendix No. 3 and 6 to this SWZ.
5. The detailed scope of obligations to perform the subject of the contract can be found in the model contract, constituting Annex 2 of this SWZ (2.1 - model framework agreement and 2.2. model executive agreement). The contractor will execute sales contracts on the basis of executive agreements concluded by the Contractor with the Recipient. The name of Annex 2.1 – framework agreement for the sale of electricity (...) is used for the purposes of the present proceedings and does not constitute a framework agreement within the meaning of the provisions of the Public Procurement Law.
6. Classification of the contract according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV):

7. The Contractor is obliged to secure its bid with a bid bond in the amount of PLN 800,000.00
8. Term of the contract: from January 01, 2024 to December 31, 2025.
