The subject of this call for tenders is to develop a demonstrator for a Galileo-based emergency warning service and execute several demonstrations with it.

The services that are the subject of this call for tenders, including any minimum requirements, are described in Section 1.4 of these tender specifications, and in [AD1] hereafter referred to as ‘Technical requirements’.
