The procurement aims to sign a framework agreement that can meet the Swedish Pensions Agency's need for surveys and analyses in the pension area. The studies and analyses shall serve as a basis for evaluating and further developing the Authority's activities at strategic and operational level.

The investigations and analyses should also be able to form the basis for the agency's investigative work, which often results in information efforts, communication efforts and reports of various kinds. These initiatives and reports are aimed at decision-makers, pension industry actors, pension savers and pensioners.

The Swedish Pensions Agency estimates the total scope of the framework agreement to be SEK 1–2 million per year excluding VAT. However, the conditions for the budget and how many investigations the Swedish Pensions Agency may need to carry out may change during the contract period. The Swedish Pensions Agency therefore does not guarantee any volumes during the contract period.

The ceiling volume of the framework agreement is SEK 10 million excluding VAT. If the value of the framework agreement exceeds the ceiling volume during the term of the agreement, the Swedish Pensions Agency has the right to terminate the framework agreement with immediate effect. Such termination does not affect the validity of call-off agreements that have already been called off from this framework agreement.
