The contracting authority, Time, Klepp, Strand municipalities and Klepp Energi want to enter into a framework agreement for 2 years + 2 years with a supplier for the purchase of asphalt and asphalting services.

The contracting authority would like, via this competition, to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of asphalt and asphalting works. The asphalting works will mainly be in relation to municipal infrastructure, such as municipal roads in residential areas, industrial areas, etc. The services are related to among other things:

— new asphalting,

— re-asphalting,

— laying of speed bumps,

— patching,

— milling.
