Reactive Maintenance Service within Castles and Coasts HA and Eden HA. The successful contractors will provide reactive maintenance services and void repair services within the North West of England.

The scope of the requirement comprises the following 2 Workstreams:

Responsive Maintenance, including:

— Responsive Works,

— Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours,

— Out of Hours Emergency Works, and

— Technical and Post Inspections

Void Property Maintenance, including:

— Void Property Inspections,

— Capping Off Gas to Void Properties,

— Void Property Works, and

— Technical and Post Inspections.

The work will be contained within 2 geographical lots:

Reactive Maintenance Service within Castles and Coasts HA and Eden HA. The successful contractors will provide reactive maintenance services and void repair services within Carlisle and Eden geographical locations.
