The procurement is divided into four (4) areas as follows:

1. New construction and renovation projects related to the building construction of the City of Porvoo Business Premises Services

- the duties of the safety coordinator, if necessary (person, price and tasks are determined on a site-specific basis)

2. Supervisor of HVAC work related to new construction and renovation projects of the City of Porvoo Facility Services

3. Supervisor of electrical work related to new construction and renovation projects related to the building construction of the City of Porvoo Premises Services

4. Construction management and supervision tasks related to the construction of the urban infrastructure of the City of Porvoo

It is possible to submit a partial tender so that the tenderer can submit a bid for individual or all lots. A sub-tender within a subdivision is not possible.

Separate agreements are made for each area.

The projects vary in content, size and cost. When making an offer, it must be noted that the projects will be implemented according to the schedule decided by the client, which means that the projects are not evenly distributed over the contract period.

The object of the procurement is construction management and supervision tasks of building construction projects.

The tenderer shall be able to provide persons for the following tasks, either from its own personnel or by utilising the personnel of subcontracting partners:

- if necessary, a safety coordinator,

The contracting authority will select three (3) framework contract suppliers, provided that a sufficient number of acceptable offers is received.

For assignments of less than €60,000, the Client may choose between framework contract suppliers at their own discretion. For assignments exceeding €60,000, the Client either selects the supplier that submitted the most economically advantageous tender for the task or the so-called "Supplier of Tenders". mini-tender framework contract suppliers according to the criteria specified separately in the invitation to tender, e.g. ceiling price.

The object of the procurement is the construction management and supervision of municipal engineering projects.

The tenderer shall be able to provide persons for the following tasks, either from its own personnel or by utilising the personnel of subcontracting partners:

The tenderer must be able to provide persons for the following tasks, either from its own personnel or by utilising the personnel of subcontractor partners:

- HVAC supervisor

The contracting authority will select three (3) framework contract suppliers, provided that a sufficient number of acceptable offers is received.

For assignments of less than EUR 60,000, the Client may choose between framework contract suppliers at its own discretion.

For assignments exceeding EUR 60,000, the Client either selects the supplier that submitted the most economically advantageous tender for the task or the so-called supplier who submitted a more economically advantageous offer. mini-tender framework contract suppliers according to criteria separately stated in the mini-tendering documents, e.g. ceiling price.

The object of the procurement is the supervision of electrical work in building construction projects.

The tenderer shall be able to provide persons for the following tasks, either from its own personnel or by utilising the personnel of subcontracting partners:

- supervisor of electrical works

The contracting authority will select three (3) framework contract suppliers, provided that a sufficient number of acceptable offers is received.
