The market includes the following services:

- cleaning of the premises, the spatial and technical perimeter of which is defined in appendices 2 and 3 of the CCTP;

- the monthly supply and installation of sanitary hygiene consumables;

- cleaning of the glazing, interior partitions (carried out once a quarter);

- carpet shampooing (carried out once a year);

- an enhanced daily cleaning and disinfection service to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, i.e. the daily sanitary ironing (2 e and 4 e floor) and disinfection of contact points during the day up to a limit of 5 hours / day (on request).

This is a composite contract comprising an ordinary part treated at a global and fixed price with continuous services or carried out at regular intervals and a part by order form with services carried out according to needs, together with unit prices. The contract includes the following services:

- cleaning of the premises, the spatial and technical perimeter of which is defined in appendices 2 and 3 of the CCTP;

- the monthly supply and installation of sanitary hygiene consumables;

- cleaning of the glazing, interior partitions (carried out once a quarter);

- carpet shampooing (carried out once a year);

- an enhanced daily cleaning and disinfection service to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, i.e. the daily sanitary ironing (2 e and 4 e floor) and disinfection of contact points during the day up to a limit of 5 hours / day (on request). The premises to be cleaned include:

- a reception hall;

- a set of offices;

- meeting rooms;

- a laboratory area;

- a logistics / archives room;

- sanitary groups;

- changing rooms for men and women;

- traffic.

The order form part includes the daily cleaning and reinforced disinfection service of the contact points. The latter is imposed in view of the health context linked to COVID-19 and the need to limit its spread in the workplace in accordance with the recommendations of health and national authorities.
