KuntaPro Oy (Joint Procurement Unit) invites its customers to bid for energy audits of properties, energy audits and drawing up energy certificates in accordance with the tender specifications. Service production follows Motiva Oy's service sector real estate energy audit model and real estate energy audit model, as well as current Ministry of Employment and the Economy energy auditing guidelines and requirements. The energy auditing models (so-called Motiva energy audits) covered by TEM's support are thus subject to competition.
The actual contract period is two (2) years, in addition to which the contract can be extended for a two (1 + 1) year option period. The contract period shall begin at the earliest after the award decision has become final. At least five (5) contract suppliers will be selected for each subunit to be tendered. If the number of tenders is less than five (5), a smaller number of operators may also be accepted as sub-contractors.
Energy audits and commissioning audits of real estateThe property's energy review report covers the current state of the property's energy and water use, describes the operation and use of HVAC systems, and outlines cost savings, with justification, cost savings and payback times. An energy audit can also be a commissioning audit if the property being reviewed is new. Energy inspection of real estateThe energy inspection of the property is suitable for the energy inspection of small objects in the industrial and service sectors. energy certificatesThe energy certificate shall be based on the characteristics of the building and the energy consumption derived therefrom. The energy performance certificate shall state the actual energy consumption, the energy efficiency class and the recommendations issued by the service provider for improving the energy performance of the building. The content and criteria of the energy certificate to be competed for by this invitation to tender are based on the Decree of the Ministry of the Environment on the energy certificate for the building (1048/2017).
