The City has around 80 vehicles for the operation of its services (58% LCV,
38% LV) and owns 96% of its fleet. 24% of the park is affected by the EPZ and must be renewed over the next few years. 32% of vehicles are 10 to 15 years old and 5% are more than 15 years old. In 2020, it is planned to replace two vehicles affected by the EPZ since 1.1.2020 (two vans, 3 seats) and vehicles concerned on 1.1.2021.
Duration: the contract is concluded for an initial period of one year from its notification renewable three times a year by tacit agreement.
Conditions set out in the CCAP. Open invitation to tender for each lot is a multi-awardee framework agreement concluded without minimum and without maximum, three holders selected by lot subject to a sufficient number of offers. It will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders for the purchase of used vehicles or by subsequent contract for the purchase of new vehicles, in accordance with the provisions of the CCAP
