The subject of the request is a framework contract for the provision of planning services with a focus on "electrical and control technology" for the dismantling project of the Rheinsberg nuclear power plant (KKR). We are looking for a contractor who will support the KKR project management team with regard to all questions relating to the design of systems / creation of implementation concepts / generation of activation instructions.
The dismantling license in accordance with Section 7 (3) of the Atomic Energy Act (AtG) for the decommissioning of the entire facility and the dismantling of parts of the KKR includes not only the decommissioning and dismantling of the technological facilities and the demolition of the buildings, but also the ownership of the facility and the associated operation of the electrotechnical110 / 6 / 0.4 kV electrical systems, the 20/15 // 0.4 kV systems under construction, the control systems (access control, hazard notification, measurement technology, etc.) as well as changes to the aforementioned systems that are still required to ensure post-operation and shutdown. The dismantling is carried out on the basis of further dismantling and modification permits applied for and issued in accordance with the project progress.
The following individual services are to be provided depending on the project requirements and in the context of individual orders for the KKR project management:
- Planning, preparing, coordinating and monitoring the implementation of projects in electrical engineering and control engineering areas,
- Participation in the creation, implementation and evaluation of concepts and applications for the implementation of system changes,
- Collaboration in the documentation and evaluation of analysis results and measured values,
- Creation of project-related documents (technical instructions and technical reports),
- Creation / planning control of electrical and I&C application documents (work flow or step-by-step plans, building application documents, dismantling instructions)
- Development of concepts and instructions for the implementation of requirements and instructions from approval procedures for the construction and adaptation of the plant
- Assistance to the project management KKR in electrical and control technology issues, e.g. B. to maintain the quality of the execution of statements in the various application documents, execution monitoring, etc.,
- Participation in technical discussions with authorities and experts.
