1. The Contracting Authority commissions, and the Contractor accepts, the service of collecting municipal waste from property owners, hereinafter referred to as the subject of the contract.
1.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection of municipal waste generated and collected by the owners of inhabited properties located within the administrative borders of the Brwinów commune. The municipal waste collection system does not cover waste generated as a result of business activity.

2. The collected waste will be transferred to the following installations:
1) mixed municipal waste (20 03 01 ) - installation address: 01-919 Warsaw, 249 Wólczyńska Street (Wojciech Byśkiniewicz BYŚ, 43 Arkuszowa Street, 01-934 Warsaw);
2) segregated municipal waste / glass (15 01 07), metals and plastics (15 01 06), paper (15 01 01), bulky waste (20 03 07) and medicines ( 20 01 32) - installation address: 05-830 Nadarzyn, 38 Turystyczna Street (Przedsiębiorstwo Usługowe HETMAN Sp. z o.o., Al. Krakowska 110/114, 00-971 Warsaw):
3) biodegradable waste (biowaste) (20 02 01, 20 01 08) and biodegradable kitchen waste - installation address: 6 Stefana Bryły Street, 05 -800 Pruszków (Municipal Treatment Plant in Pruszków Sp. z o.o., 6 Stefana Bryły Street, 05-800 Pruszków).
3. The service includes the collection of the following waste:
1) mixed municipal waste together with ash,
(2) biodegradable municipal waste,
3) plastics,
4) multi-material packaging,
5) metal,
6) glass,
7) paper and cardboard,
8) furniture and other large-sized waste,
9) Expired medications.
