With this Tender, the municipality of Amsterdam, together with the municipality of Diemen, Uithoorn and Ouder-Amstel (together DUO Municipalities), intends to conclude new Framework Agreements as of 1 January 2022 for the supply of Single Specialist Youth Aid (ESJH), now the so-called “segment B”. The municipality of Amsterdam is the contracting authority that has been mandated by the DUO municipalities for this purpose.
City of Amsterdam and DUO municipalities work with youth aid providers and referrers such as local teams, Certified Institutions (GI) and gps on an improved youth system. Local teams include: Parent and Child Teams and Social District Team Weesp in Amsterdam and Social Teams in Diemen, Uithoorn and Ouder-Amstel. Youth aid is organised close to vulnerable families, tailor-made and in the neighbourhood. New agreements must be concluded for ESJH as of 1 January 2022. In order to have the necessary time to connect this aid to the recently modified youth aid system Amsterdam and DUO municipalities and its further implementation and development with the 10 core partners (from the agreement for High Specialist Youth Aid, including Special Youth Aid). at Special Education) and referrers, B&W's college decided on 6 July 2021 to launch a low-threshold tender by 2022.
