The framework arrangement will commission monitoring and expert service work on road-related electrical issues in the regions of Northern Ostrobothnia, Kainuu and Lapland in 2020–2022. In addition, the agreement includes an option for 2023–2024.

The framework arrangement will commission monitoring and expert service work on road-related electrical issues in the regions of Northern Ostrobothnia, Kainuu and Lapland in 2020–2022. In addition, the agreement includes an option for 2023–2024.

The contract area of the framework agreement is the areas of the Economic, Transport and Environmental Centers (ELY) of Northern Ostrobothnia and Lapland.

This framework agreement can be used for all similar tasks in the Northern Ostrobothnia and Lapland Business, Transport and Environment Centers (ELY).

During the term of the framework agreement, the federations, cities and municipalities of the regions of the ELY centers may also be funders for individual assignments.

Assignments include e.g. tasks in accordance with the following:

- electrical monitoring and expert services

- participation as an expert in separate planning meetings and reviews

- inspection of road lighting, pumping station and electrical plans

- inspection of final documentation for road lighting and pumping station contracts

- off-road mapping of road lighting property data and data from pumping stations and telematics supply cables and digitization into the subscriber's asset management system (KeyLight)

- tasks for the tendering phase of design assignments and tasks related to work supervision

- supervision of road lighting and pumping station maintenance, investment and refurbishment contracts with field visits, as well as tasks related to the tendering phase of contracts and tasks related to work supervision

- the role of safety coordinator for road lighting and pumping station maintenance, investment and refurbishment contracts;

- electrical commissioning inspections of road lighting and pumping stations

- other field visits related to the inspection of electrical work

- other separate expert work related to electrical matters at the ELY Center

- all the above-mentioned tasks in the projects ordered by the Fairway Agency in the area of the ELY centers in Northern Ostrobothnia and Lapland.

Em. the work includes all stages of work.

The service provided by the company must cover all the above tasks.

The framework contract will be concluded with one (1) consultant.

As a framework contractor, the company may not act as a contractor in the customer's road lighting and pumping station contracts, or as a designer in the customer's road lighting and pumping station plans.
