Scope of works for this DPS include repair, improvement, decoration and minor remodelling to existing buildings and structures to bring them up to modern standards and ensure they are fit for purpose. This can include both occupied buildings and empty buildings requiring significant refurbishment to bring them back into use. The DPS will be in place for a minimum of 31 months. The DPS is open for application until 31 January 2026 with an option to extend for a further 12 months. The DPS is made of 1 lot - Wellspring Settlement - Youth Investment Fund. This notice is for the award of contracts made under the DPS between 01 March 2023 and 01 March 2024.
