The subject of the contract shall be the successive collection and further development by the Contractor, in accordance with his authorisations in this respect, of a batch of waste code 19 12 12 from mechanical sifting of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) an estimated quantity of 3,000 Mg.
1. The subject of the contract shall be the successive collection and further development by the Contractor, in accordance with his authorisations in this respect, of a batch of waste code 19 12 12 from mechanical sifting of mixed municipal waste (20 03 01), with the following conditions:
1) Guaranteed reception and development of the supersite-fraction of mixed municipal waste approximately 3,000 Mg. 2) Waste will be transmitted in bulk after passing Fe separation on the magnetic separator; waste in this form must be received from current production. 3) Load lies on the side The Contractor and will be carried out using a spoon charger with a capacity of up to 3 m3 with a capacity of approximately 15 Mg/h on working days. 4) The Contractor will be obliged to receive the waste daily (on working days). 5) Transmission of the next monthly batch of waste will begin on the first day the next month. 6) The site of waste collection is the Regional Waste Management Plant in Końskie, Stroll 145, Końskie, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. 7) All costs associated with the execution of the order from the place of receipt are covered by the Contractor. 8) The Ordering Party emphasizes that the quantity the waste received is subject to change, however, it guarantees the volume of one-off collection within the full capacity of the contractor's transport measure. 9) The Contractor shall not bring any additional claims to the Contractor for the total amount of waste received during the accounting period, within the limits of the indicated tolerance. 10) The Contracting Authority has set the time limits for the receipt of individual monthly waste lots for the first working day of each month and the collection is to take place on-line. 11) A condition for the settlement for each waste batch received will be a waste transfer card (KPO)
in BDO. 12) The Contracting Authority permits the possibility of receiving waste by truck with a movable floor semi-trailer to a loading height of > 3,8m. 13) Before each receipt, the contractor is obliged to send the avocation from the transporter BDO No and the receiving BDO No.
14) The Ordering Party fixes a 1- month settlement period for partial execution of the order, 15) The required date for the start of the collection of the first batch of waste - up to 7 days from the date of signing the contract.
