This contract relates to the delivery of (Cloud) licenses for Business Process Management (BPM) software and related services required for the implementation, maintenance, development support, transfer and learning of this software.
In particular, it is divided into four posts as follows:
— Ext. 1 — Delivery of Cloud licenses for a BPM software according to the “as a service” model;
— Ext. 2 — consultancy for implementation;
— item 3 — technical and functional maintenance on demand;
— item 4 — training.
