LAPIT Oy (Subscriber) is an ICT and in-house company that produces information management services owned by municipalities and municipal groups. Our owner-customers currently include a total of 28 organisations and our area of operations covers the Northeast Country and Lapland Province regions.

LAPIT Oy requests offers for a remote reception solution used in the early stages for secure remote access between a professional (doctor/nurse) and a customer (patient). The solution offered in the future shall also allow for other types of use cases described in the RFQ and its annexes.

The subscriber has the right to sell the service forward to existing and potentially future customers on the basis of the contract to tender. Current Subscriber customers are described in Appendix 5 to the RFQ (Service Description). Customers are, as a rule, located in Lapland and Northern Ostrobothnia.

The scope of the contract and the requirements for service are described in more detail in the Service Description (Appendix 5). Options are described in the Main Agreement and in the Requirements Specification (Appendix 4). There are plans to extend the service to potentially use the Welfare Area.

The Agreement is valid for two (2) years from its signing. Subsequently, the subscriber has the right to extend the contract period until further notice. Continuing a contract is a subscriber's right, not an obligation.
