The German Pension Insurance is planning a comprehensive renovation of the wet rooms of the patient rooms in the old building of the clinic for its Ohlstadtklinik, Ohlstadt. Furthermore, a comprehensive fire protection certificate was drawn up. This proof includes various fire protection deficiencies extending across the entire building complex, which must be remedied. The Ohlstadtklinik consists of several buildings of different ages and different types.

For the renovation, planning services of a property planner for buildings and interiors are necessary in accordance with § 33 ff HOAI 2021, LPH 1 to 9.

The subject of the contract are property planning services for buildings and interiors in accordance with § 33 ff HOAI 2021, LPH 1 to 9.

The measures to be carried out are the renovation of wet rooms in the patient rooms in the old building of the clinic. The furnishings are to be renewed with fittings and the wall and floor surfaces are to be retiled. During the excavation and inspection of the pipes, a specialist company found that some stainless steel pipes had already been installed here that did not need to be renovated.

In addition, the clinic is to be upgraded according to the specifications of the fire protection expert. In a list of deficiencies, it was summarized that T30-RS doors in particular had to be renewed, ceiling bulkheads and cable boxes had to be built and the walls in the main staircase had to be partially upgraded to F90. In addition, all patient rooms are to be equipped with smoke detectors/sirens.

The work is to be carried out in sections during ongoing operations and requires appropriate interim measures by means of foreclosures. Fire protection and hygiene concerns must be taken into account. At the same time, the impairment for staff and patients must be kept as low as possible.

The eligible costs according to an initial rough cost estimate are expected to amount to approx. EUR 2.6 million net (KG 300 and 400 pro rata).
