1. The subject of the order are successive wholesale supplies of diesel fuel according to PN-EN590 + A1: 2017-06, in the amount of 920 m3, including item 3 with the possibility of emergency distribution at the Employer.

2. The type of diesel delivered must be adapted to the existing climate conditions during the contract period.

3. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the order of diesel oil quantitatively, depending on the needs arising from ongoing tasks in the conditions of reducing the operated rolling stock. In the event of a reduction in quantity, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims against the Employer
