The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services, troubleshooting, maintenance and minor modernization works in the thermal and mechanical industry for PGE Toruń S.A.

The subject of the contract is the performance of a public contract entitled: Provision of maintenance services, removal of defects, performance of maintenance works and minor modernization works in the thermal and mechanical industry for PGE Toruń S.A.

The objective of the task: to maintain full technical efficiency and ensure trouble-free operation of devices and installations in the thermal and mechanical industry at PGE Toruń S.A. at a level enabling their safe and optimal operation.

Other objectives in the field of energy equipment are:

• increasing the reliability of their work,

• Increase the safety of personnel.

• protection of the environment.

Work on this specification will consist in performing:

•Maintenance

• service work,

• current and defective repairs

• minor modernization works (and required design work)

in order to maintain full technical efficiency of devices and installations in the thermal and mechanical industry at PGE Toruń S.A.

The description, type and quantity of services is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order and in the Price Form, which constitute attachments to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is also the transfer of intellectual property rights and the proper performance by the Contractor of obligations resulting from the quality guarantee and warranty granted in relation to the Works, in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement.
