The overall objective of the contract is to deliver an exercise project that shall explore, further develop and test the combined crisis response capabilities of the emergency response coordination centre (ERCC) and its interlocutors at national, European and international level within the area of ERCC's responsibility, as well as to produce a comprehensive evaluation report and provide the setting for the ERCC and participating interlocutors to create their own development plans, respectively.
