1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medicines and medical devices. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the assortment and price form (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference).
2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference
Package No. 1
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of medicines and medical devices. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the assortment and price form (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference).
2. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the model contract constituting Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference
