"PURCHASE OF GASEOUS FUEL AND ITS DISTRIBUTION FOR THE NEEDS OF FACILITIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NIEMODLIN UNDER A COMPREHENSIVE AGREEMENT"

1. The subject of this contract is the supply of gaseous fuel and the provision of gas fuel distribution services under a comprehensive agreement to the collection points indicated in Annex 2a to the SWZ – list of gas consumption points in the period from 01.01.2023 to 01.01.2025. The purchase will take place on the basis of a comprehensive agreement with the Contractor.
