The coordination of the grouping of orders made up of the City of Orléans, Orléans Métropole and the CCAS of Orléans is ensured by the City of Orléans. The consultation will give rise to the conclusion of five framework agreements with single-award purchase orders concluded without minimum or maximum amount.
