1. The subject of the contract is the repair of 3 TMF 50-29-4 250 kW asynchronous motors, with damage to the rotor and stator sheet metal package.

2. Repair of the subject matter of the contract consists in the performance of the activities specified in Table No. 1 of Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement, in the basic scope, including the replacement of the bearing set and the performance of the necessary additional works, i.e. replacement, regeneration of damaged components or their replacement.

3. Repair works on the subject of the contract include the performance of a full range of measurements of operating parameters, in accordance with the provisions of the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), the TMF 50-29-4 Traction Motor Instruction Manual and the standards for motors.

4. The description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the model agreement constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.
