The subject of the contract is year-round maintenance of national roads managed by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways Branch in Katowice, District in Lubliniec, including year-round (current and winter) maintenance of national roads of the Region in Lubliniec.

The roads administered by the Lubliniec Region covered by the subject of the contract are:

FROM Lubliniec: DK11, DK46, DK46f and DK78,

FROM Kłobuck: DK42, DK43, DK43b.

The contract includes the performance of services and construction works in the scope of:

- current road maintenance (BUD),

- winter road maintenance (ZUD),

- current maintenance of cleanliness on engineering facilities (BUM).

1.The subject of the contract includes the performance of works (specified in the Work Groups) year-round, including winter and ongoing road maintenance, in particular:

(a) from Prac Groups 1-9:

- maintenance of road pavement,

- maintenance of the sides and strips of the chapter,

- maintenance of the body of the road,

- maintenance of dehydration,

- maintenance of pavements and bicycle paths,

- maintenance of the marking,

- maintenance of traffic safety equipment,

- maintaining the aesthetics of signs, traffic safety elements and the lane

Road

- maintenance of assistive devices,

b) from Work Groups 10a, 10 b and 10 c – winter road maintenance,

c) from Labour Group 11 – Contract Management,

d) from Work Group 12 – maintaining cleanliness on engineering facilities.

2. In detail, the subject of the order is described in SWZ VOLUME II-IV.

3. Deadline: from 17.02.2023 to 16.09.2026.

If the agreement is signed after 17.02.2023, it will be effective from the date of conclusion of the Agreement until 16.09.2026, whereby, the maximum total duration of the Agreement, together with the right of option referred to in § 1 section 8 of SWZ TOM II, may not exceed 43 months.
