Sunnhordland Intermunicipal Procurement Forum and the procurement co-operation at Haugalandet with the municipalities Bømlo, Etne, Fitjar, Haugesund, Stord, Tysnes, Utsira and Vindafjord, intends to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of electric power, portfolio administration of electric power and associated services. A legal entity where the participating municipalities are significant owners with options for entering into the agreement.
