The contract has as its object the treatment service aimed at recovery, pursuant to art. 181 and in compliance with the hierarchy of Legislative Decree 152/2006, of waste characterized by the EER code 20.03.01 - Non-separated municipal waste - for an estimated quantity as detailed below:
• Dry fraction from separate waste collection at home - for an estimated quantity of about 45,000 tons on an annual basis;
• Non-separated urban waste (from street bins and illegal landfills) - for an estimated quantity of about 6,000 tons on an annual basis,
for which – also due to the requirements of favor partecipationis – there are three distinct lots, identical in size and type and separately awardable, each consisting of approximately 8,500 tons of waste, approximately divided into 7,500 tons of dry waste from RD and 1,000 tons of non-separated MSW waste, in the six months of contract validity.
