The Contract concerns the supply of the necessary audiovisual resources for the political market in the municipality of Lochem. To this end, the audiovisual resources must also be integrated with the council information and webcast environment of the municipality. The Assignment concerns the Audiovisual Resources in the council chamber and Ampsen/Verwoldezaal and the public hall of the town hall, Hanzeweg 8, 7241 CR Lochem. The Assignment also consists of directing work of third parties for the purpose of integrating these Audiovisual resources with existing and/or new (building-related) installations, furniture and/or permanent establishment, in order to guarantee the correct functioning of the Audiovisual Resources.

The assignment consists of the: Advising, Designing, Programming, Configuring, Delivering, Installing, Adjusting, Delivering ready for use, Instructing, Maintenance and management of the intended Audiovisual resources in the council chamber and Ampsen/Verwoldezaal and the public hall of the town hall, Hanzeweg 8, 7241 CR Lochem.

The Assignment also consists of directing work of third parties for the purpose of integrating these Audiovisual resources with existing and/or new (building-related) installations, furniture and/or permanent establishment, in order to guarantee the correct functioning of the Audiovisual Resources.

The Tenderer guarantees each Performance provided by the Supplier as part of this Agreement for the duration of 24 months after Acceptance. Maintenance and management of the Audiovisual Resources during this Warranty Period shall be borne by the Tenderer. At the end of this period, Maintenance and management will be purchased as an option.
