Provision of architect led design team services including civil/structural engineering, mechanical & electrical engineering, BREEAM Assessment and any other design related services (note: project management / quantity surveying / CDM coordination are subject to separate procurement exercises). Construction value of the scheme is anticipated to be in the region of 5m GBP - 6m GBP.
