The subject of the contract includes properties specified in Annexes 1 and 2 to the ToR, the number of which may change during the year due to the residence of new properties (the difference may be +/- 10%).

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of non-segregated pickup and transport services
(mixed) municipal waste and bio-waste, originating in households from residential properties and summer houses or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year from the area of the Rogoźno commune, excluding waste related to conducting business activities, as well as collection and management paper, glass, metals and plastics as well as other municipal waste collected separately from the Rogoźno commune and the operation of a selective municipal waste collection point (PSZOK) in 2020.
The subject of the contract includes real estate specified in Annex 1 and 2 to the ToR, the number of which may change during the year due to the residence of new real estate (the difference may be +/- 10%).

3. Employer pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law of 29.1.2004 requires that persons performing activities related to the implementation of the subject of the contract specified in the bill of quantities, the performance of which consists of performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Labor Code Act of 26.6.1974, were employed by the Contractor on the basis of an employment contract.
The contractor will employ the above-mentioned persons for the duration of the contract. In the event of termination of employment before the end of this period, he undertakes to immediately employ another person in his place.
* Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code: by entering into an employment relationship, the employee undertakes to perform a specific type of work for the employer and under his leadership, and at the place and time designated by the employer, and the employer - to employ the employee for remuneration.
4. Detailed data characterizing the order.
1) The area of the Rogoźno commune is 21,800 ha, including built-up area of 262 ha.
2) The number of inhabitants who will be covered by the municipal waste collection service in the commune is 15 640 (as of 11.10.2019).
3) Number of summer houses or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year from the Rogoźno commune - approx. 365 items, where waste is collected in individual containers
and collected in accordance with Annex 2 to the ToR.
4) At present, waste is collected from containers with a capacity of:
- 110 l,
- 120 l,
- 240 l,
- 1 100 l,
- 2.5 m
The contractor must also ensure the possibility of collecting waste from 110-liter containers.
5) The amount of waste collected in 2018 and for the period from January to September 2019 from the area of the Rogoźno commune is given in Annex 10 to the ToR.
6) The Awarding Entity recommends carrying out a site visit in the Rogoźno commune in order to get to know the routes and make a proper valuation of the service.
5. Municipal waste collection will be divided into:
1) unsorted (mixed) waste (waste code 200301);
2) segregated waste - metal, plastic packaging and multi-material packaging waste (codes 150101, 150102, 150104, 150105, 150106);
3) segregated waste - glass (code 150107, 200102);
4) segregated waste - paper and cardboard (code 150101, 200101);
5) bio-waste (code 200203, 200108);
6) hazardous waste - expired drugs (codes 200131, 200132);
7) municipal waste including: chemicals (e.g. paints, varnishes, plant protection products).
