4.1 The subject of the contract is the organization and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the Municipality of Andrychów in the period from 01.01.2024. 31.12.2025

4.2 The scope of the order includes:

4.2.1 Organisation and conduct of the Community Waste Collection Point (PSZOK).

4.2.2 Acceptance into the PSZOK of waste supplied by the residents of the Municipality of Andrychów and waste supplied in the framework of the implementation of additional services by the Contractor providing on the order of the Contracting Authority: “Reception and management of municipal waste from the owners of the property inhabited from the territory of the Municipality of Andrychs”.

4.2.3 The use of waste collected in the PSZOK in accordance with the law in force.

4.3 The detailed scope and description of the subject matter of the contract is attached to the Terms of Reference and its annexes. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract attached to the Terms of Reference.
